WhatsApp lets you choose whether businesses can send you offers, announcements, tips, and product updates. If you previously disabled these messages for Fredo, WhatsApp may prevent Fredo’s Marketing messages from reaching you.

Subscribe again

1. Open your conversation with Fredo in WhatsApp.
2. Tap Fredo’s name at the top of the conversation.
3. Find Offers and announcements.
4. Turn it on or tap Resume.
5. Return to your conversation with Fredo.
6. Send START.
7. Fredo will explain what you are subscribing to. Reply YES to confirm.

You should now be able to receive Fredo tips, product updates, and occasional offers again.

Don’t see “Offers and announcements”?

This WhatsApp setting may not be available to every user yet. Send START to Fredo and follow the instructions shown in the conversation.

Still receiving reminders but not tips?

That is expected when Marketing messages are disabled. Requested service messages—including reminders, account updates, and replies in an active conversation—are separate from Fredo’s Marketing messages.
